Refund/Cancellation Policy
Children:
Children are welcome to all classes with the understanding that PM classes may be primarily adults.
Kids under the agent of 17 must always have a parent present with them. Separate registration is required for an adult to paint with the child.
Night classes will have a BYOB allowance. Children under the age of 21 will not be allowed to consume alcohol and will be asked to leave if they appear to be consuming an illegal beverage.
Lost/Stolen property:
ART with me Az LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen property including but not limited to: vehicles, keys, money, cards, purses or items of jewelry and clothing. ART with me does have a lost and found for those who accidentally leave something behind or for items turned in.
All lost and found items will be held for 90 days (with the exception of drivers licenses and ID cards). If not recovered or claimed, the items will be A.) Donated (clothing & jewelry), B.) Shredded (debit cards, other personal documents), C.) Mailed to owner after 14 days of not being claimed (Licenses, ID cards).

BYOB FAQs
ART with me Az LLC is a BYOB Paint and Sip Studio. In accordance with the Arizona state statute A.R.S. 4-244.05 and regulation A.A.C. R19-1-324 :
- A guest may bring in no more than 40 oz of beer, or (1) 750 ml bottle of wine per visit. No other alcohol is allowed.
- Alcohol is allowed on the premise only between the hours of 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.
- Classes and events taking place prior to 4 p.m. Guests may NOT bring or consume alcohol on the premise.
- A guest may NOT leave with an open container/bottle of beer or wine. Guests must leave open containers on premise to be disposed of.
- Putting the cork back in the bottle of wine is still considered an open container and may not be taken off premise.
- We ask that you please drink responsibly. Use a designated driver or use Uber/Lyft/Taxi/etc. if needed or too impaired to drive.
- By agreeing to terms and conditions you are responsible for abiding by the above outlined rules, regulations and Arizona’s state laws. If you do not comply with Arizona’s State BYOB laws, then you releases ART with me Az LLC of any and all liability.
- You must be 21 years of age to consume beer, wine, spirits, on the premise and IDs will be required upon check in for PM classes.
